Therefore, MTRX cannot guarantee a certain speed or quality of internet connection.
MTRX assumes no responsibility for any goods, services, information, software or other materials that you have acquired while using the Internet.
MTRX reserves the right to completely block or otherwise restrict access to web pages, services and other content on the Internet.
Some material on the internet is not suitable for minors. Please take into account your fellow passengers, including minors, and their rights when using the service. MTRX accepts no responsibility if there is a fault with your equipment or if the service does not work on your equipment.
You may only use the Service for your own use and in accordance with these Terms of Use. You may not resell the service or otherwise utilize the service to provide commercial services. You are responsible for all content submitted or downloaded using the Service.
It is not allowed to send or intentionally download:
- Content that is so large that it creates problems for other users who attempt to access the service or otherwise cause damage, disruption or inconvenience to MTRX networks or other networks.
- Mail that troubles other users such as mass mailing and computer viruses.
- Material that is copyrighted (does not apply if the required permission exists) or has illegal content, such as child pornography, hate speech against people and slander.
- Material that has been manipulated to appear as if it was sent from someone other than the actual sender.
- Unnatural amounts of data and unreasonably long data sessions compared to an average use of the service, or something that is otherwise in violation of law or authority's regulations or decisions or otherwise contravene these Terms of Use.
Limitation of MTRX liability
MTRX provides the connection to the internet "as is". MTRX thus disclaims all responsibility regarding quality, reliability, performance and suitability for a particular purpose.
MTRX is not responsible for any damage you suffer in connection with your use of the service, such as lost profits, business interruption, loss or distortion of information or data or damage to equipment or other assets.
MTRX does not guarantee that the service or server that the user connects to via the service is free of viruses or the like. You are responsible for ensuring that the device you connect to the service has the protections you deem appropriate, such as virus protection, firewall, etc., and that communications to and from your device are encrypted or otherwise protected when you deem appropriate.
MTRX cannot guarantee that the connection provided by the service is secure. Also, MTRX cannot guarantee that data sent or received has not been altered or delivered timely.

When you use the service, you provide information about yourself. MTRX is responsible for handling personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
