You are very welcome to bring your luggage on board our trains, but to make sure everyone can bring their luggage we have some limitations. You are allowed to bring luggage that is easily carried and can be placed in the overhead compartments or where the on board staff indicates.
Our luggage limitations are 80 x 50 x 35 cm in size and may not weigh more then aproximately 20 kg. In addition to this luggage you can also bring a smaller handbag or accessory.
It is not allowed to bring dangerous objects that could cause a risk to safety or be disrupting to other passengers. The on board staff is allowed to deny luggage that does not follow our luggage rules on board and may cause a risk to passenger safety.
Are you traveling with a stroller?
You are welcome to bring strollers on board our trains. You should always add a stroller to your booking by clicking on "I travel with stroller, pet or wheelchair" during your booking, you can only bring one stroller per booking.
When you get on board our train you should fold the stroller and place it in the luggage compartments above the seats or where the onboard staff indicates. Due to safety reasons we do not allow strollers to be placed in the aisle or vestibule of the train. Children must never sleep or sit in the stroller while the train is moving.
We cannot gaurantee that your stroller will be placed in the same carriage as you are seated because of space limitations. The strollers are most easily stored in carriages C, D and E. If you are uncertain on what rules apply when you get on board the train just contact our on board staff and they would love to help you.
