frequently asked questions

What is compentence based recruitment?

For us, it is important to be fair when recruiting. For each role, we have therefore set up a requirements profile with different skills that we know are important to have in order to succeed in the role. This can, for example, be about service or cooperation. When you apply for a job with us, we look at your resume, your test results and how you performed on the interview. Based on that, we then make a weighted assessment to see how well your profile matches the competencies we set up for the role. Does that sound complicated? Do not hesitate to send an e-mail to [email protected] and we will be happy to answer all your questions.

Why do you do tests?

We use personality tests and proficiency tests alongside CVs to get the widest possible basis for decision making. The tests we use are both about your personality and your skills. Everyone who seeks a specific role with us receives the same tests and is thus judged on the same grounds. What matters to us is not what you have done so far but what you can do with us going forward.

We use tests from Aon, if you have any questions do not hesitate to contact us at [email protected]

How old do I have do be to apply for a job?

You need to be at least 20 years old to work with us.

What does health control mean?

All roles on board are safety rated. This means that if you are to work as a service host or train driver then you need to comply with the Swedish Transport Agency's regulations. In summary, these mean that you must not have any illness that can affect your consciousness, decrease your alertness or cause a worse judgment. To check this, a health control is done during the recruitment process. The health check includes hearing, vision, heart, general health status and medical history, etc. Contact us at [email protected] if you are unsure if you meet the requirements.
